The Tarabuco is one of our best-loved women's ruana wraps. Complex primary color bands are restrained by a field of black across the chest and shoulders, making this alpaca poncho colorful yet subdued. It's a combination typical of traditional textiles of the Bolivian highlands. Like every women's poncho, it provides drama on the street, but can be used as a cozy shawl indoors. The Tarabuco ruana is medium weight. Made in Bolivia of 100% alpaca fiber.
